The brothers sat at the kitchen table as Mum prepared a snack. “What would you like in your sandwiches?” she asked. ”Jam, Jam” said little brother. “Cheese please” said big brother. “Can I have cheese too?” asked little brother changing his mind. Mum smiled “But you don’t like cheese!” she said. “Maybe I will today.” said Little brother hopefully. |

They went to visit Grandma for tea. Big brother decided to wear his bright green T.shirt. Little brother put on his green T.shirt too! “Like two peas in a pod” laughed Grandma as they arrived. Big brother felt a little embarrased. |

They went to the Library to choose a book each. Big brother found an interesting book on Nature. “Let me get that, Let me get that” said Little brother jumping up and down.” It’s too old for you” said Big brother “ you can’t read the words!” “But I like the bright pictures” said Little brother pleadingly. Big brother handed him the book, and feeling a little cross he went off to another shelf to find something else. |
