What is an Activate card ?

You can get a activate card from any council office, or leisure centre.
To be eligible for one of the cards you must either be disabled or unemployed or on a low income.

What will I need to take with me when apply Activate card?

You will need to take proof of your disability or benefits, with you and a passport photograph of each person requiring one, a full family can receive a card, and there is no charge for this
.
What you can use your card for?

You will be able to get discount in all leisure facilities in the in the Wakefield district when you apply for your activate card you will be given a full list of places you can use it, it will be valid for twelve months and will be needed renewing when near the expiry date.
