The volunteers meet regularly with nursing and management staff to discuss your opinions voices your concerns and express any specific complaint on your behalf without revealing your name,

In this way they can be involved in making changes and ensuring that development in mental health meet all your needs.

Where does the forum meet?

At the moment forum meetings take place every month. Dates and times are published on the pals notice bored in each unit; responses to any matters raised will also be displayed. Ward staff will be kept informed and will be able to tell you when and where the next meeting will be,

Please ask them for details they want you to be involved. You do not have to say what you want to speak to them about
